I am proud and honoured to have been elected as the member for Currumbin.
Encompassing pristine golden beaches in the east, extending to the stunning Currumbin and Tallebudgera Valleys to the west, I strongly believe our Currumbin electorate is among the most beautiful places in the world.
This is the community I grew up in, the community my husband Dan and I are raising our family in, and the community that I am so privileged to now represent as your State Member of Parliament.
Like every place, our community does have its fair share of challenges. Now more than ever, Queensland needs a government that will act in our community’s best interest and get us through the tough times we are facing.
My focus as your State Member remains:
- Building a stronger economy to create more jobs
- Fixing the M1
- Better schools and hospitals
- Protecting our lifestyle and natural heritage
Before I was elected to represent you, I was a public prosecutor who prosecuted criminals to protect the most vulnerable in society. My new role now sees me stand up, fight and deliver for you – and the place we proudly call our home.
